Equans is looking for a Senior Premises Officer to join our team on a permanent basis in Hertswood Academy Cowley Hill, Borehamwood, WD6 5LG. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £36,650.00 per annum and benefits package.
Shift pattern:
07:00 – 16:00 Monday to Friday
14:00 – 23:00 Monday to Friday (When cover is required)
Break times – 12:00 – 13:00 / 19:00 – 20:00
What will you deliver:
To manage the provision of services to Hertswood Academy. To provide first point of contact for the school, undertake maintenance, and other tasks to assist in the smooth running of the Academy.

Who are we looking for?
- Experienced in Facilities and Maintenance Management: Demonstrates a strong understanding of planned and reactive maintenance, ideally within an educational environment.
