Employee Referral Scheme

Get paid for referring people you know! In the year since the new scheme went live in 2022, up to 41% of referrals have resulted in successful hires!

Do you know someone who would be a great fit for Equans?  If you have people in your personal or professional networks that you think we should be talking to let us know!  If your referral results in a successful permanent hire you will be financially rewarded as below*.

Role grade/level* Reward available
Grades/levels 2 & 3 £2500
Grades/levels 4 & 5 (& engineering, regardless of grade) £1000
Grades/levels 6 & 7 £600
Part-time operational staff £300

*Referred candidates must remain working at EQUANS for a minimum of six months for you to receive the full award.
Rewards are paid in two parts: firstly the month following a new hires first day, and the second after they have completed their probationary period.

How to refer:

To refer, all you need to do is click the ‘Submit a Referral’ button on the job listing then enter the name and email address of the person you would like to notify of the job.  If they apply your details will be captured in our applicant tracking system as the person who referred them.

If you have any trouble accessing the job listings you can also email a candidate’s CV (if available), contact details and the job reference number of the position being referred for to: [email protected]
