Equans is looking for a Corporate Services Manager to join our team based in Worthing on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.
What will you deliver?

Develop / build and maintain healthy business relationships with all stakeholders which includes promoting Equans Business capabilities, building trust and maximises growth opportunities

Direct Delivery & 3rd Party Suppliers and Contract Support Teams to ensure Services are successfully delivered in the most efficient and effective manner

Responsible for employee development and objectives (SMART) (FM teams), succession planning, employee empowerment and talent management across teams including support for talent pipelines i.e. Apprenticeships

Ensure all elements of employment procedures and processes of those direct reports, including disciplinary, grievance, attendance management and performance management are adhered to in accordance with Company policies

Working with the regional teams to ensure effective management to ensure ppm and reactive activities are carried out as per SLA’s and the contract balance score card

Working with the local client teams to ensure value for money and maximising revenue growth for Equans

Who are you?

A strong Leader who can demonstrate operational, environmental, financial & SHEQ experience in managing a 24/7, 365 environment and who also has an understanding and passion for technology & the Environment

Sound analytical, planning, and execution skills for PPMs & Reactive service environments
-
A committed individual who has strong customer relationship skills and can position themselves as their trusted advisor for the Client

Ability to write reports, business cases, case studies and have excellent presentation skills
-
Good H&S awareness (IOSH or NEBOSH)
-
SSTS or SMSTS equivalent
-
Management Awareness ILM
-
Proficient in the use of CAFM systems, Power BI, SAP, Excel, Visio, SharePoint and various other software systems
