Equans is looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join our team working on our HMRC PFI contract in Westminster. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday on site with a one hour unpaid break. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview:  A role has become available on a prestigious government facilities management PFI contract for a Projects Co-Ordinator. The role is reporting into the Senior Project Manager, providing support to the projects team. The successful candidate will be required to have proven previous experience of administration, preferably with experience in a facilities management, or projects environment.

What will you deliver?

  • Facilitating the writing of contracts,
  • Putting together the paperwork for funding approval, 
  • Assisting with collating of information for project tenders, 
  • Raising purchase orders, 
  • Writing appointment letters, 
  • Updating project trackers,
  • Putting together of quotes,
  • Collating documents for project pipeline submissions,
  • Attend meetings where required,
  • Provide administrative support.

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience of completing administrative tasks is essential. 
  • Proficient in all MS Office programmes.  
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise. 
  • Proactive, with the ability to think for oneself. 
  • Good attention to detail, especially when writing up important documents. 
  • Flexible and adaptable when taking instruction from the wider projects team, where directions can sometimes alter. 
  • Confident when liaising with various stakeholders, i.e. the team, the clients and suppliers and subcontractors.
