Equans is looking for a Lifecycle Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

The Lifecycle Fund Management team provides strategic oversight of long-term asset investment, managing lifecycle funds, validating asset replacement requirements, forecasting future expenditure, and ensuring contractual obligations are delivered efficiently and sustainably. 

This role will provide effective technical liaison, financial coordination, and asset compliance data reporting to support the Lifecycle Fund Management Team.

The role underpins the long-term lifecycle asset management strategy by ensuring accurate data collation, programme tracking, financial reporting, and compliance validation across projects and portfolios.

This role can be based from any UK location with some additional travel

What will you deliver?

  • Provide effective administrative and coordination support to the Lifecycle Fund Management Team in delivering projects and programmes.
  • Deliver accurate technical liaison, financial reporting, and asset compliance data through the lifecycle process.
  • Support the collation of technical surveys, contractor data, and reporting to inform lifecycle asset management decisions.
  • Track and validate lifecycle annual and five-year plans, ensuring completeness and progress alignment.
  • Undertake audits of SharePoint and project records to verify lifecycle project completion and data integrity.
  • Compile and report on financial performance against planned works, identifying variances and supporting resolution of delivery barriers.
  • Maintain accurate project files (electronic and paper-based) within SharePoint and project databases.
  • Ensure all client and customer interactions are delivered to a high professional standard, reinforcing service excellence.
  • Maintain and support management information systems, ensuring forecasts, milestones, and reporting align with company standards.

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven experience delivering high-quality administrative or project coordination services within FM, construction, consultancy, or project environments.
  • Experience in financial tracking of projects, including supplier/contractor liaison, payments, and client invoicing.
  • Strong financial awareness with good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint systems
  • Experience using systems such as SAP, COUPA, Maximo, and advanced SharePoint functionality
  • Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers
