Our Diversity & Inclusion Roadmap outlines the actions we are taking to make our culture more inclusive – so that everyone, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other part of their identity, feels accepted for who they are, and our policies and ways of working take everyone’s needs into consideration. Alongside our Roadmap we have a number of employee networks aimed at giving everyone a voice. These networks offer the opportunity for you to network and socialise, work on professional development, and to raise awareness of relevant issues.
Equans UK’s employee networks are Disability Network, LGBTQ+ Network, RISE (Respecting, Inspiring & Supporting Ethnic Minorities), WiE (Women in Equans), WPN (Working Parents Network), and YPN (Young Professionals Network).
