Soft Skills Training
For Soft Skills training we work in partnership with our external training & learning service supplier NOW Training. NOW Training is a Managed Learning Service (MLS) provider, who provide valuable support to help source, book, and administrate learning requirements for non-technical skills such as:
- Interacting with colleagues
- Problem solving
- How you manage your activities and time management
- And many more.
If you are unsure which course will be best suited for you, NOW will be able to discuss this with you and provide options to suit your needs and budget. Please use the following link to NOW Booking Form – This service is only for external ‘Soft Skills’ courses.
Technical Training

We have over 40 courses that can be delivered internally, with a vast majority accredited by Awarding Organisations.

Apprenticeships & Qualifications
What is an apprenticeship?
A common misconception about apprenticeships is that they are for those in their early careers, but this isn’t true at all and can be for anybody and everybody. Apprenticeships allow a combination of work and study by combining day-to-day roles with classroom learning. You will be able to continue your role while studying for a formal qualification, usually for one day a week either at a college, university or with a training provider. By the end of the apprenticeship, you will have gained the skills and knowledge to help you to achieve in your career, and you can choose to continue onto the next apprenticeship level.
There is no longer an upper age limit meaning that anyone over the age of 16 can start an apprenticeship, so if you are looking for a way to develop your skills and knowledge, an apprenticeship could be the perfect route!
We offer apprenticeship qualifications in almost anything you can think of from engineering, facilities management, sustainability, all the way through to HR, Finance and Leadership. Find out more on our Apprentices page or contact our team at [email protected] for more information.
